I worked as a production worker on kill floor, department casing. I had the opportunity to train on all the 5 positions within the department. I first started working at the back line hanging casing for four mouths than I was train to cut the casing for another two mouths pulse, in the same department, I was trained on a machine that clean casing before soaking into a salt water for few months, then later trained on another machine that we used to salt the casing before we pack it. My last duties in the department was to help my supervisor to break all employees…when they on breaks, we clean everything before they returned back on the floor.
